3.1.6 Calls are not Connected (Switching Clock)

The procedure for resolving the problem that occurs when a call cannot be connected due
to switching clock-related problem when the operator starts to make a call by the phone
connected to the OfficeServ 7100 system.
Start
Is the power of
digital/analog phone turned on?
Yes
If a specific group of slot 1~2 groups
cannot be connected to a call, check
and replace the slot for 16 ports.
After
the board is replaced, the system
operation is normal?
Yes
