3.1.2 Abnormal Battery Backup (1)

The procedure for troubleshooting the problem that occurs when the battery of the
OfficeServ 7100 system is backed up is as follows:
- When battery is connected or
battery is on/off while the AC power
is not supplied, system does not
operate.
- Supply the AC power to charge the
battery.
If the problem of battery backup is not resolved, refer to '3.1.4 Abnormal Battery
Backup(2)'.

Check the battery voltage.
Is the battery voltage over 53 V?
No
Yes
Is the battery voltage below 47 V?
No
Battery is backed up properly.
