4.1.2.2 Copying
This function is to copy the file from the PC to the SMC and vice versa.
Enter [1] on the initial window and press the [ENTER] key, and then the following [Copy
Menu] window appears.
Copying the File from the PC to the SMC
This function is to copy the file of the PC to the SMC.
1) Enter [1] on the [Copy Menu] window and press the [ENTER] key, and then the following
window appears. Enter the source file name to be copied behind [:], and press the [ENTER]
key.
Enter the source file name ((ex)MP10/11_l.pgm) : startup.sys
Enter the Smart Media Path ((ex) temp\dsc) : (just press "ENTER" key)
Enter the Smart Media file name ((ex)young.txt) : startup.sys
To program the SMC of the OfficeServ 7100 system, the 'MP10/11_MV106.PGM'
file, the 'MP10/11_LV106.PGM' file, the 'XXX.PGM' file as well as the 'startup.sys'
file should prepared.
2) If the file is normally copied, the [Copy Menu] window appears. To copy the file to all
the SMCs used in the OfficeServ 7100 system, repeat as the above window.
