3.5.1.4 When the External Page/Loud Bell Does Not Operate
The method to solve the problem when the external Page or the loud bell does not operate
is as follows:
Perform SCOPING on the output
(PIN3 of U1, U2) of CODEC.
Is the signal output in the
corresponding CODEC?
Yes
Detect the signal flow from
PIN3 ot P1 of CODEC and repair it.
Are CLKX, FS1 and FS2
supplied?
Yes
Check if the signal is input to
HWR(PIN6 of U1, U2).
Is the signal output?
Yes
Other module is abnormal.

Check if CLKX,
FS1 and FS2 are supplied.
No
Replace CPLD.
No
Replace the corresponding CODEC.
