3.1.5 Calls are not Connected (Highway)

The procedure for resolving the problem that occurs when a call is not connected due to
highway-related problem when the operator starts to make a call by connecting a phone to
the OfficeServ 7100 system.
Start
If the MP10/11 operation normal?
Yes
There is a board
where a call can be connected?
Yes
If a specific group of slot 1~2 groups
cannot be connected to a call, check
and replace the slot for 16 ports.
After board is replaced, the
operation is normal?
Yes

Scope the line board, main board,
MP10/11 board, and highway.

Replace MP10/11 board.
