3.4.9.4 When the Call Is Not Connected between the IP Telephone and the
Digital Telephone
If the call is not connected between the IP telephone and the digital telephone(call between
the local IP telephone and the local digital telephone, call between the local IP
telephone/digital telephone and the remote IP telephone/digital telephone are not connected)
when all the boards mounted on the OfficeServ 7100 system operate normally, and all the
connected terminals operate normally, check the status of the MGI64/MGI16 board or take
measures as follows:
Press the MGI64 reset switch and
check the board status.
Do DSP, RTPT, RTPR
LEDs blink?
Yes
Is the RTPT LED turned on?
Yes
Are there identical
IPs when checking the IP in
MMC 831, 840 of each
system?
Yes
Replace the board if the status is the
same when attempting again after
changing the IP.
