ESCRIPTION
This function releases a lock on the instrument. It can be successfully executed only by the host IP address that
originally acquired the lock. In order to break a lock owned by another user, the vtex10xxA_break_lock function
must be used.
As the lock status of the instrument is unaffected by the vtex10xxA_reset function, it cannot be used to release a
lock.
