ARAMETERS
vi = contains a session handle to the instrument. This handle is obtained by the function and remains valid until the
session is closed.
dio_channel = the channel of the digital I/O port to be affected. Valid input values: 0 through 7.
invert = a Boolean value indicating whether to operate in invert mode. If set to "1", the specified DIO channel will
function in invert mode. If set to "0", DIO operation is not inverted.

invert = 0 (for all DIO channels)

ESCRIPTION
This function enables or disables inverted operation of a DIO channel linked as a limit event. The nominal transition
of a DIO channel is from low to high whenever the linked limit is exceeded. In invert mode, it is from high to low.
