The ramping setpoint facility can be
used to prevent a large disturbance to
the control output when the setpoint
value is changed. The rate set applies to
both the local and the remote setpoints.
Sets the ramp rate required in engineering units / hour.
Note. Applicable only if Ramp Mode is On.
Sets the hysteresis value in engineering units.
