TIP:
The optional memory card (MMC(SD card) can store another 1000 parameter
sets in binary data format, in addition to the 31 parameter sets in XML data
format. The function and processing speed is identical for both file types.
Processing the system parameters
The system parameters include the basic settings, interface settings, pass-
code and settings for data storage and MP85A process controller statistics.
If the parameter sets from the internal Flash-EPROM are used, the system
parameters are identical for all 31 Flash parameter sets and only present
once in the MP85A process controller. If parameter sets from the MMC/PC
card or from PC are used, the system parameters are a component of the
respective parameter set and can therefore be different. This means that, e.g.
different memory settings can be implemented.
