Service Call Error Messages

If the machine encounters an abnormal

condition that prevents it from operating

normally, the screen shown appears.

If the Service Call screen appears, use the

following procedure.

• Do not disconnect power plugs with wet hands. This may cause electrical shock.

• Always disconnect the power cord by holding the power plug. Pulling on the power cord may

expose the wires or break the cord, causing a current leak, leading to ﬁre or electric shock.
