Select the recipients.
NOTE
• You can send a maximum of 256 addresses at
one time.
• Each selected individual or group is counted as
one recipient.
If a recipient is registered in the address
book, see "Specifying Recipients from the
Address Book," on p. 4-10.
If a recipient is not registered in the
address book, you can enter it before you
send the document. (See "Entering New
Recipients," on p. 4-12.)
NOTE
• You can send a maximum of 16 new recipients at
one time.
If the recipient is stored in a one-touch
button, press either the [One-touch
Buttons 1] or [One-touch Buttons 2] keys
and select the one-touch button. (See
"Using One-touch Buttons," on p. 4-21.)
A maximum of 24 one-touch buttons can
be stored. (See "Setting the Send One-
touch Buttons," in the Reference Guide.)
