Main Power Supply

The power switches are located on the scanner unit and the printer unit.

Turning the Power Switches to ON

WARNING
• Never plug or unplug the power cord with wet hands. This can cause electrical shock.
CAUTION
• Make sure to connect the ground line. If the ground line is not connected, accidental current
leakage could cause fire or electrical shock.
NOTE
• If the power lamp does not turn to on, check the circuit breakers. See "Regular Short Circuit Checkups,"
in the Setup Guide.

Check that the power plug is firmly inserted
in the power outlet, then turn the power
switch to ON.
The scanner unit power switch is located on the
right side of the machine.Turn the switch toward
the [|] position to turn to ON.

Turn the printer unit power switch to ON.
The printer unit power switch is located on the
left side of the machine. Press the switch toward
the [|] position to turn to ON.
