Press the [E-mail Address] key, then enter
the e-mail address.
Enter the e-mail address, then press the [OK]
key.
Use the keyboard in the touch panel display, or
the keypad. For instructions on using the
keyboard, see "Entering Characters Using the
Touch Panel Display," on p. 1-19.
NOTE
• E-mail addresses can have up to 128 characters.

Press the [OK] key.
The address appears in the address list on the
Send screen.
NOTE
• You can edit and delete recipients in the address
list. (See "Checking and Editing Recipient Data,"
on p. 4-22, and see "Deleting a Recipient," on
p. 4-24.)
• Information entered here cannot be added to the
address book. It will be deleted after the docu-
ment is sent one time.
