Prints the address of the recipient.
•G3, ECM communication services:
Sub address, if used, is printed on a second line.
•Database communication services:
File ID is printed on a second line.
•File (FTP, SMB, NCP) communication services:
File path is printed on a second line.
*For faxes, if the address exceeds 20 characters the last 20
characters are shown. For other documents, if the address
exceeds the display capacity, the first characters are
shown.
Prints the abbreviated name of the recipient.
*If the abbreviation exceeds the display capacity, the first
characters are shown.
Prints the TX/RX number as a 4-digit decimal number, or F
(fax controller number) plus 4-digit decimal number.
Prints the communication type and service name.
Communication type: STX/AUTO TX
If a forwarder's job number exists, it is printed on a second
line.
Communication service: PRINTER/DATABASE/FILE/BOX/
I-FAX/MAIL/G3/ECM
(if G3 or ECM not indicated).
Prints the number of pages.
Prints OK, NG, or –– plus the elapsed communication time.
If NG: Prints 2-digit error code.
*For sending to e-mail, I-fax or database recipients, the sym-
bol '—' indicates that sending was confirmed as far as the
server.
