Select a box.
A list of the documents stored in that box
appears. Boxes that do not contain any
documents are indicated by an empty box icon.
NOTE
• You must enter a password for boxes that have
been password protected. (See "Opening a
Password-protected Box," on p. 5-6.)
• If there are more boxes than currently displayed,
you can scroll using the [
• You can open a mail box using the keypad. Press
the keypad to enter the mail box number, then
press the [OK] key.
The following box icons are used:

Documents stored.
Box is password protected.

Select a document.
NOTE
• The names of documents in the box appear as
follows. I-fax documents appear as the subject
line, fax documents appear as the sender's
abbreviated name or phone number, and print
jobs sent from a personal computer appear as
the document name.
• To select multiple documents, continue selecting
other documents. Documents will be numbered
in the order selected.
• You can select up to 32 documents, or up to 999
pages.
• Before any other documents are selected, press
the [Select All] key to select up to 32 documents,
or up to 999 pages, in the order listed.
• Press the [Clear Selection] key to cancel all doc-
ument selections.
