Select the document you want to send and
press the [Send] key.
NOTE
• You can select up to 32 documents, or up to
999 pages.
• Before any other documents are selected, press
the [Select All] key to select up to 32 documents,
or up to 999 pages, in the order listed.
• Press the [Clear Selection] key to cancel all doc-
ument selections.

Press the [Address Book] key.
The address book is displayed. Select the
address, and then press the [OK] key.
IMPORTANT
• You can only send documents from boxes to des-
tinations already stored in the Address Book.
(See "Adding a New Address," in the Reference
Guide.)
• Group or Person addresses cannot be selected.
NOTE
• You can select a maximum of 256 addresses.

Press the [Send Settings] key.
The Send Settings screen is displayed. Enter
the settings and press the [Done] key.
NOTE
• For instructions on selecting send settings, see
"Selecting Send Settings," on p. 4-38. You can-
not, however, select the settings for Delayed
Send, Print, and Store In Box.
