Opening a Password-protected Box
NOTE
• Passwords can be set or erased in the additional functions mode. For details, see "Setting a Password for
a Mail Box," in the Reference Guide.
• If the System Manager ID and Password are entered in the Department ID and Password Entry screen,
no Box Password Entry screen will appear.

Press the [User Boxes] key or the [Memory
RX Box] key.

Select a password-protected box.

• Password-protected boxes are shown with a
symbol.
