Cause
The docoument ready to be pro-
cessed was deleted at the time of
processing.
The department ID for the job being
processed has reached its impres-
sion limit.
NetWare is turned Off under NetWare
settings in Additional Functions.
The DNS server, POP server, or
SMTP server settings in Additional
Functions are invalid.
The e-mail address or domain name
in Additional Functions has not been
set.
The TCP/IP settings in Additional
Functions are inccorect.
For e-mail messages, the data size
for a page exceeds the Maximum
Data Size for Sending setting.
For i-fax messages, the machine is
trying to send a document that
exceeds the Maximum Data Size for
Sending setting.
The specified address was deleted
from the address book after the doc-
ument was scanned.
Unable to find the address for the
specified recipient.
The address book is busy at this
time.
The job that is processing or about to
be processed is nearing the impres-
sion limit for the specified depart-
ment ID.
The job that is processing or about to
be processed has reached the
impression limit for the specified
department ID.
Solution
Scan the docoument again, or store
the document in the mail box again.
Contact the System Manager.
Increase the impression limit for the
department ID, or clear the impres-
sion counter.
In Additional Functions, go to System
Settings, and then to NetWare Set-
tings and turn the NetWare On.
Check the DNS server, POP server,
or SMTP server settings in Additional
Functions.
Set the e-mail address or domain
name in Additional Functions.
Check the Gateway Address and
other TCP/IP settings in Additional
Functions.
For e-mail messages, reduce the
resolution level. Or increase the Max-
imum Data Size for Sending setting
in Additional functions, or consult
your system manager.
For i-fax messages, reduce the num-
ber of pages to be sent. Or increase
the Maximum Data Size for Sending
setting in Additional functions, or
consult your system manager.
Re-enter the address. Or re-register
the recipient in the Address Book.
Check the address for the recipient,
and send again.
Wait a moment, then enter the recipi-
ent again.
Contact the System Manager.
Increase the impression limit for the
department ID, or clear the impres-
sion counter.
