④ Lower (1) the detachable extruder part and pull (2) it
to separate it from the fixed part.
As the wind guide of the detachable extruder part is
inserted into the fan of the fixed part, this may require
some force. Handle it with care.
For mounting, insert the wind guide of the detachable
extruder part into the fan hole at the bottom of the fixed
extruder part and push it.
Periodically separate the detachable extruder part and clean the nozzle rod area (the filament entry into the
nozzle).
* Separate or mount the detachable extruder part only when the printer is turned off
is sufficiently cooled.
* Be careful to avoid being burnt
nozzle temperature is high.
* Be careful when you separate or mount the detachable extruder part, as the excessive force can damage
the extruder parts.
* If the detachable extruder part is not properly mounted, "def" is displayed on the printer status window
instead of the temperature. In that case, turn off the printer and mount the detachable extruder part again.
* If you print a model while the detachable extruder part is not properly mounted or the screw is not tightened,
the extruder may malfunction during printing, resulting in a printer error or malfunction.
Make sure that the detachable extruder part is properly mounted before printing.
* As the extruder unit contains electrical parts, do not touch it with wet hands in order to avoid electrical
shock.
