When the switch is determining which VLAN a packet that passes through the port should be assigned to,
it looks up the VLANs in the default order of MAC-based VLAN, IP-based VLAN, protocol-based VLAN,
and port-based VLAN.

Configuring basic VLAN settings

As the default VLAN, VLAN 1 cannot be created or removed.
You cannot manually create or remove VLANs reserved for special purposes.
To remove:
a protocol reserved VLAN
a management VLAN
a dynamic VLAN
a VLAN with a QoS policy applied
a control VLAN for a smart link group
a control VLAN for an RRPP domain
a source VLAN for port mirroring
a remote probe VLAN for remote port mirroring
First remove the configuration from the VLAN, then execute the undo vlan command.
