Customization

This page allows the Administrator to upgrade the Mainboard and I/O firmware, the
Java Authentication Program version and to set Timeout and Login failure parameters.
An explanation of the Customization items is given in the table below:
Uploads
Time out Control
Login failure
Working Modes
Reset on exit
After obtaining a new version of the firmware (see p. 15),
specify the directory that you have put it in here to start the
firmware upgrade procedure (see p. 24 for details).
If the CN-6000 doesn't receive any input from the computer that
currently has access to it for the amount of time specified here,
it ends the connection so it can be available for other users.
Login failures allowed, sets the number of consecutive failed
login attempts that are permitted from a remote computer.
Login failure timeout, sets the amount of time a remote
computer must wait before attempting to login again after it
has exceeded the number of allowed failures.
If Stealth Mode is enabled, the CN-6000 cannot be pinged. If
Echo Mode is disabled, the CN-6000 will not show up in the
list of local CN-6000 units (see p. 10 and p. 30)
Placing a check here causes the CN-6000 to reset itself and
implement all the new changes when you Click OK.
