The Log Server; Installation - ATEN CN-6000 User Manual

The Windows-based CN-6000 Log Server is an administrative utility that records
all the events that take place on selected CN-6000 units and stores them in a
searchable database.

Installation

Tthe Log Server is provided on the distribution CD included with this package.
To install the Log Server, insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive and double click
the CN6KLogSer... package icon. The following screen appears:
Follow the on-screen instructions. When the installation completes, a CN6000
LogServer icon appears on your desktop.
Note: The MAC address of the computer that will contain the Log Server
Events database must be specified on the Network page of the
Administrator Utility (see p. 16).
