■ Alternating vertical movement speed limitation function setting screen
) The maxmum sewng speed needs to be changed dependng on the amount of the alternatng vertcal
movement of the walkng foot and presser foot. (Refer to the Engneer's Manual for the SC-922 for de-
tals.) The settng screen dffers wth the machne head type.
Example of setting (for the LU-2200vR type machine head)
2) : Press swtch 1 or 2 to select the set value  or 2 of the amount of alternatng vertcal movement. Set
the dal value of the amount of the alternatng vertcal movement to be assgned usng swtch 3 or 4 .
Specfy the speed for the dal value usng 5 or 6 .
3) When you press 7 or 8 , the status of the alternatng vertcal movement lmtaton you have set s
changed over between ON and OFF. After the completon of the settng procedure, press !0 to return the
screen to the prevous one. When you press 9 , the parameter s dscarded and the parameter status s
returned to the state before t s changed.
Example of setting (for the machine head other than the LU-2200vR type)
4) Press swtch !1 or !2 to specfy the speed set value to one from  through 4. Specfy the speed you want
to set by means of !3 or !4 .
5) When you press !5 or !6 , the status of the alternatng vertcal movement lmtaton you have set s
changed over between ON and OFF. After the completon of the settng procedure, press !8 to return the
screen to the prevous one. When you press !7 , the parameter s dscarded and the parameter status s
returned to the state before t s changed.
