5-4. Operating the sewing recorder

The sewng recorder screen conssts of two dfferent screens; .e., the screen No.  on whch the sewng
speed and the thread trmmng tmng are contnuously measured and dsplayed as a lne graph and the
screen No. 2 on whch the sewng machne operaton rate/average sewng speed are dsplayed and settng
of the graph dsplay on the screen No.  carred out.

(1) Sewing recorder screen No. 1

On the sewng recorder screen No. , the operator's sewng performance s dsplayed by means of the lne
graph showng the sewng speed and the tme. Based on the graph, the sewng skll level check and tranng
of the sewng machne operator can be carred out. Two dfferent data can be ndcated on the graph as data
No.  and data No. 2. Ths means that the target operator's data can be shown together wth data on a hghly
sklled operator's work or the data on hs/her work n the past for the purpose of comparson. The comparson
through vsualzaton enables easy analyss of complcated and hard-to-understand sewng machne opera-
ton.
