Checking Broadcast Destinations before Sending

Set your document in the ADF or on the document glass.

Press (FAX).

Check that [Fax] is selected, and then press

Check that [Add Destination] is selected, and then press

Specify all the destinations.
Memo
If the number entered with the 10-key pad is wrong, delete the number and re-specify the correct number.
When many destinations are specified, you may not be able to check all of them at once. To check all the destinations, press
to scroll the screen.

Press (START).
A fax number confirmation screen is displayed.
If you want to delete the destinations, press
Select [Delete The Address], and then press
7.
Press (START) to start transmission.
(OK) to open the start screen.
(OK) to insert a check in the destinations you want to delete, and then press
(OK).
