"KIT" ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the throttle cables from their housings.
Loosen both screws fastening the pulley locking plate.
Remove the locking plate.
Apply thread locking compound, e.g. Loctite 243, to the previously removed plate
holding screws.
