VII.CYLINDER HEAD & CAM SHAFT REMOVAL
CAMSHAFT REMOVAL
Remove the cylinder head cover bolts.
Remove the cylinder head cover.
Remove:
1. Remove two cylinder head bolts. [A]
Turn the A.C. generator flywheel so that the "I" mark
on the flywheel aligns with the index mark on the
crankcase.
Make sure two parallel lines on cam shaft chain wheel
are paralleled with cylinder head surface. Meanwhile,
make sure the position is at the top dead center of the
compression stroke.
Remove the oil plug , oil plug spring.
Remove two cam shaft chain wheel bolts.
Remove:
1. Oil through set[A]
2. Flange bolts [B]
Remove the two flange bolts.
Remove:
1. Flange bolts [A]
