    Lines Screen The Lines screen is supported on VVX 101, 201, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, and 600 phones and is the default screen when your phone is not in use. When you have multiple calls on your phone, the number of calls you have is displayed next to the line number.

    Polycom VVX Business Media Phones User Guide To display the Lines screen: » Press the Home key Active Call Screen The Active Call screen is supported on VVX 500, 600, and 1500 phones, and the screen is displayed when you place a call and you have an active call in progress. When you have an active call in progress, the name and number of the contact you are talking with and the duration of the call is displayed in the Active Call screen.

    Depending on how your system administrator set up the user login feature, you may need to log into a phone before you can use it. By default, Polycom phones do not require you to log in before you can use them.
