alarm status.

The summary alarm is simply a form C relay that changes state when there is a problem
with the UPS. The rating of these contacts is 1A - 220 VAC/VDC.
terminal 1 connected to terminal 2 = UPS OK
terminal 2 connected to terminal 3 = UPS IN ALARM
