3.2.8 Initialization
The following data can be initialized. Select data you want to initialize and press [Yes].
NOTE
• When Line 2 is selected, only the Fax Function Parameter can be selected.
• Fax Function Parameter................................ The function set condition is initialized into the Factory
• Communication Journal Data ....................... All of the Communication Journal is erased.

<Operational Procedure>
(1) See "3.1.3 How to Enter the Service Mode" to indicate the [Service mode setting] screen.
(2) Press the [FAX] key.
(3) Press the [Initialization] key.
(4) Select data you want to initialize.
Supplement: Two or more selections are possible for data.
(5) Press [Yes].
