To find out which firmware version is currently installed:
1. From the idle display, press the OK key, select the Settings Menu, and
then press the OK key again.
2. Select System settings > Firmware update.
The firmware version appears on the display.
To restore configuration settings to the factory default settings:
This will revert all settings to the phone's original state when it was shipped.
Reset the gateway by pressing the reset button on the back of the gateway

for at least 15 seconds.
All four indicator lights will turn on.
Using DNS SRV will allow you to setup a call server failover for the
SoundPoint IP 200W gateway.
To set up the SoundPoint IP 200W for failover using SRV:
1. Setup SRV for the host domain (example bind DNS configuration)
