Firmware Update (or Boot) Server. HTTP or TFTP server holding binary
firmware images for remote firmware upgrading of the telephones. In
addition the server makes textual release description available for the end
user through the phone's user interface.
•
InfoPush Server. Consists of a SIP client that can send SIP MESSAGEs
containing compiled Wireless Markup Language (WMLc) decks.
Optionally the InfoPush server can embed a SIP REGISTRAR.
Refer to the Information Services Developer's Guide for information on how
to develop a contetn server.

InfoBrowse Server. Stores a possibly dynamic web tree of WMLc decks
containing info-browse information.
The InfoPush Server and InfoBrowse Server are optional and not available at the
default setting.
These servers can be placed either on the Internet or on a corporate local area
network (LAN). For more information on Polycom's suggested server
configuration, refer to
As the firmware update (or boot) server and the configuration server location are
configured by a common configuration parameter, they must be placed on the
same IP address/DNS. For more information, refer to
page A-2.
Polycom recommends that you use only the SIP call control servers that have been
advertised as interoperable with SoundPoint IP200W phones. For more
