Gear Shift Linkage Mechanism
Gear shift linkage mechanism removal
Remove the gear shift pedal (1 bolt).
1 bolt
Drain out the engine oil.
Remove the footrest, kick starter and exhaust
pipe.
Remove the right crankcase cover.
Remove the clutch lever and the clutch
assembly.
Cir clip
Remove the primary driven gear cir clip.
Remove the primary driven gear.
Remove the shift drum stopper and stopper
Shift drum cam
spring (1 bolt).
Remove the shift drum cam and shift drum pin
guide (1 bolt).
