8. Cylinder / Piston

Insert the piston ring into the bottom of the
cylinder and then push it to the position 20
mm from the cylinder surface.
Measure the piston ring end.
Caution
Push the piston ring squarely by the
piston.
Service limit：Top ring：0.5 mm
Second ring：0.5 mm
Measure the piston pin outer diameter.
Service limit：14.95 mm
Measure the inner diameter of connecting rod
small end.
Service limit：15.05 mm
Measure the inner diameter of piston pin hole.
Service limit：15.05 mm
Calculate the clearance between the piston
and piston pin
Service limit：0.02 mm
