Clutch Adjustment
Gear change pedal free play inspection
Slightly step on the gear change pedal to
check the free play before clutch
disengagement.
Free play：10~20 mm
Gear change pedal free play adjustment
Before adjusting the gear change pedal,
loosen the locknut first.
Then turn the adjusting screw to achieve the
recommended gear change pedal free play.
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to
decrease the free play of the gear change
pedal. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to
increase the free play.
After adjustment, fix the adjusting screw and
tighten the locknut.
Caution
Turn the adjusting screw
counterclockwise to the tightest position,
and then turn the adjusting screw
clockwise 1/8 circle to 1/4 circle.
Increase or decrease the free play
according to circumstances.
