11. Rear Wheel / Rear Suspension / Rear Brake

Drive chain adjustment
Turn the right / left side drive chain adjuster
nuts evenly to adjust the drive chain slack to
the normal range.
Tighten the drive chain slack by turning the
adjuster nuts clockwise.
Loosen the driven chain slack by turning the
adjuster nuts counterclockwise.
Drive chain slack：10~20mm
Tighten the final driven flange locknut first and
then the rear wheel axle locknut.
Torque value：
Rear axle locknut
Final flange locknut
After locking the rear wheel axle locknut,
tighten the drive chain adjuster nuts slightly to
prevent the adjuster nuts from being loosened.
Check the drive chain slack again to make
sure that the rear wheel can rotate smoothly.
Lubricate the drive chain.
Install the rear brake torque link, tighten the
locknut and insert the split pin.
Install the rear brake rod and adjust the rear
brake pedal free play.
