Registering Destinations (Recipients) for Network Scanning

Touch [User Box Name] and set the mailbox name.

Check that the mailbox where the document is to be saved exists
on the hard disk of the image controller, and then correctly type in
the name of the mailbox.

Correctly type in the mailbox name using uppercase and lowercase
letters.

Touch [OK].

Touch [Index] and touch the desired button.

This specifies the characters used to index the destination.

For destinations that are often used, specify [Main] at the same
time, and it will be easier to search.

If the first character of the name is a letter, the first character is au-
tomatically registered as the indexing character.

The registration cannot be completed unless a mailbox name is
specified for "Name" and "User Box Name".

Touch [OK], and then touch [OK] in the next screen that appears.
The mailbox destination is registered.

To check the registered destination, touch the button for the destination,
and then touch [Check Setting].
To change the registered destination settings, touch the button for the
desired destination, and then touch [Edit].
To delete the registered destination, touch the button for the desired des-
tination, and then touch [Delete].
If "3 Network Function Setting" (displayed by touching [9 Security Set-
ting] on the Administrator Setting screen, then [7 Management Function
Setting]) is set to "Disable", registered box destinations do not appear.
