4) Remove the tool box 3.
5) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
6) Check the CKP sensor coupler for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then measure the CKP sensor resistance.
7) Disconnect the CKP sensor coupler and measure the resis-
tance.
 CKP sensor resistance: 184 – 276 Ω
8) If OK, then check the continuity between each terminal and
ground.
 CKP sensor continuity: ∞ Ω (Infinity)
 09900-25008: Multi-circuit tester set
 Tester knob indication: Resistance (Ω)
Are the resistance and continuity OK?
YES Go to Step 2.
NO Replace the CKP sensor with a new one.
9) After repairing the trouble, clear the DTC using SDS tool.
