Final Assembly, Cont.
15. Reinstall air box, adjusting box properly.
16. Reinstall battery (if so equipped). Always attach
ground cable last to prevent sparks.
17. Replace exhaust system.
18. Install hood, (if removed) aligning with marks made
during disassembly. Ensure proper hood closure
and readjust if necessary.
Hood Bolt Torque -
8-10 ft. lbs. (11-14 Nm)
19. Test ride the unit to ensure all components are
functioning properly before putting into service.
