9. Lubricate pistons, rings, upper rod bearing, and
cylinders with two stroke oil and install cylinders.
Align ring end gaps with locating pins and compress
rings. Install cylinder carefully with a gentle front to
rear rocking motion. Loosely install cylinder nuts.
10. Install new cylinder head O-ring and install cylinder
head. Make sure O-ring is properly seated in
groove.
11. Torque cylinder base bolts in proper sequence.
Refer to specifications in the beginning of this
chapter.
12. Torque head bolts in proper sequence. Refer to
specifications in the beginning of this chapter.
