Services Home
The main window touch screen is identified as the Services Home window and it will be
displayed when the Services Home button is pressed. Services Home is where the UI
displays the available service buttons such as Copy, E-Mail, Network Scanning, Store to
Folder, and Send from Folder are located.

Function
This button lights up when a user is logged in as the System
Administration mode, the Authentication mode, or the
Accounting mode. Press this button to display the User ID
entry screen for entering the SystemAdministration mode,
the Authentication mode, or the Accounting mode. Also
press this button to exit these modes.
Selecting this will return all selections back to the default
values. The machine will return to the same state as when
it is powered on.
When the machine is not being used for a while, it enters
the Energy Saver mode to reduce power consumption.
When the Energy Saver mode is active, the Energy Saver
button will light up. Press this button to enter or exit the
Energy Saver mode.
Use this button to suspend a copy or print job in progress
to have the machine stop to process another job. During
the Interrupt mode, the Interrupt button will lightup.
Pressing the Interrupt button again exits the Interruptmode
and resumes the suspended job.
Use this button to pause the current job or communication.
Use this button to start the scanning of a document.
Use the numeric buttons on the keypad to enter the number
of copies, passwords, and other numerical values.
This button is not used.
Use this button to cancel a numerical value you have
entered with the numeric keypad.
This button is not used.
Use this button to check the machine status and meters,
and to check thestatus of the consumables, and to print
reports.
Use this button to check or cancel the current job, to check
or print stored jobs, or to check completed jobs.
Use this button to return the main menu, the Services Home
window.
