Recommended solution
Check staples. Follow procedures to
remove and replace staple cartridge.
Remove all paper from the stacker
tray.
Remove all paper from the finisher
top tray.
Remove all paper from the stacker
tray and remove any other
obstructions.
Remove all paper from the booklet
tray.
Remove all paper from the booklet
tray.
Remove all paper from the booklet
tray.
Remove all paper from the tray. Set
the output tray for three fold.
Check that the folder tray is correctly
attached and set.
Check the staple cartridge and reset
correctly.
Power Off/On the machine. If the
error persists, contact the Customer
Support Center.
Remove and empty the waste
container and reinstall.
Confirm the staple psoition and try
to print again.
Confirm the punching position and
try to print again.
Confirm the folding settings and try
to print again.
Decrease the number of pages, or
cancel the stapling settings, then try
to print again.
