4. Fold the bar code document 3 in. (75 mm) from the center of the bar
code.
Fold line
5. Place the bar code document under the DSA. Make sure the bar
code is face up and aligned above the black read strip which runs
across the width of the transport.
6. Grasp the release handles and gently lower the DSA to its original
position.
7. Close the front cover.
8. Go to the section entitled, "Evaluating test results" to review the test
results.
