Creating Export Maps

Before you can export data to a directory, you must create an export map. The export map determines:
•
the type of file you will export the data to (that is, PhoneLine, dBASE, Microsoft Access, SQL Server,
or a text file)
•
the name of the file that will receive the exported data
•
the fields you will export from the directory
You can create export maps to export data to the following types of files:
•
PhoneLine
•
dBASE
•
Microsoft Access
•
SQL Server
•
Text
•
LDAP
•
ODBC
•
Enterprise Directory Gateway Reference Table
•
PhoneticOperator
