Choose the Import button.
The data from the source file is imported according to the settings defined in the map(s) you selected.
A status box appears, showing the status of the import:
•
the number of new records added to the MasterDirectory file
•
the number of records updated in the MasterDirectory file
•
the number of records rejected
•
the total number of records in the source file
When the import is complete, the following message box appears:

Choose the OK button.
The data appears in the MasterDirectory window.
5.
Choose the Close button.
If you added or removed any import maps, MasterDirectory prompts you to save your changes.
