Enter the data source you want to use, and choose the OK button.
The Choose Destination Table dialog box appears.

Select the table you want to use, and then choose the OK button.
The Create Import Map (Step 3 of 4) dialog box appears.
The Field [Offset: Length] box shows the field labels for the source file. The MasterDirectory Fields
box shows the fields available in the MasterDirectory window.
8.
In the Field [Offset: Length] box, select a field that you want to import from the source file.
