Perform one of the following steps:

If you want to use a phone book template that you created previously, perform the following steps:
a.
Choose the Load button.
The Open dialog box appears.
b.
Select the template you want to use, and then choose the Open button.
The settings for the template appear in the Fields area. The path and file name for the template
appear in the Template area.

If you want to create a new template, proceed to step 3.

Perform one of the following steps:

If you want to add a field at the bottom of the Fields box:
a.
Choose the Add button.
The Select Field dialog box appears.
