In the Direction area, select the option button for the transfer direction (that is, send or retrieve).

In the Site box, enter the FTP site that will receive the file you are sending or contains the file you want
to receive.

In the File Name box, enter the name of the file at the FTP site. If you are sending a file, enter the name
that you want the file to have at the FTP site. If you are receiving a file, enter the name of the file that
you want to receive at the FTP site.

In the User box, enter the user ID for the FTP site.
10. In the Password box, enter the password for the FTP site.
11. In the File Name box, enter the name of the file on your system. If you are sending a file, enter the
name of the file that you want to send to the FTP site. If you are receiving a file, enter the name that
you want the file to have on your system.
12. Choose the Save button.
The Save As dialog box appears.
13. Enter the file name for the transfer map, and choose the Save button.
The path and filename for the map appears in the Transfer Maps dialog box. By default, a check mark
does not appear next to the transfer map. A check mark indicates that the associated map will be run
when you perform a transfer.
14. Choose the Close button to close the Transfer Maps dialog box.
