12. Choose the Destination button.
The Open dialog box appears.
13. Select the file that you want to export to and choose the Open button.
The path and name of the file appear in the Destination box.
14. In the Field Separator box, select the type of separator you want to use between fields. The choices are:

comma (,)
•
colon (:)
•
space
•
tab
•
none
15. In the Separator For Joint Fields box, select the type of separator you want to use between merged
fields in the destination file. The choices are:
•
comma (,)
•
colon (:)
•
space
•
tab
•
none
16. In the Field Delimiter box, select the type of field delimiter you want to use. The choices are:
•
quotes (")
•
apostrophe (')
•
none
17. Choose the Save Map button.
The Save As dialog box appears.
18. Enter the name of this export map, and then choose the Save button.
